Hello, I’m Dave Alden. I serve as a Vistage Chair in Pennsylvania where I am honored to supercharge CEOs and Business Owners to realize their dreams.

I’ve spent the majority of my 35+ year career in leadership positions at Ford Motor Company, including President of Southeast Asia & Japan and Vice President, Marketing, Sales & Service for Asia Pacific & Africa. I attribute my career progression to hard work, lots of good and hard learning and the growth mindset that I diligently practice each day.

As the group lead and facilitator, I work to support member growth, profitability, success stories and personal well being.
